Where did Echelon’s innovative residences and community come from? Let us introduce ourselves, Towne Vistas, LLC and local general contractor S.B.A. Development, Inc. dba Royal Construction are the creators of Echelon. Towne Vistas LLC is a group of long standing local community members committed to enhancing living in the Las Vegas Valley.

For the past three decades, Royal Construction Company has been dedicated to the craft of building homes and commercial properties which are as timeless as they are beautiful. Together, they envisioned and are now developing Echelon – a place where innovative design, gracious living and a spectacular location coincide.
